Design Process
* Call our office and set up initial consultation at your site. * If you want to be one step ahead print our design client questionnaire and send it to our office. * Client receives design proposal & client questionnaire after initial meeting. * Client returns signed proposal, questionnaire, and payment. * Design begins. * Client meets with John or an associate landscape architect at our Ann Arbor office to receive/discuss the completed landscape design.

Time Frame & Cost
* Design contracts received in the early season (February-April) generally take two weeks or less to complete. * Design contracts submitted after the early season may take slightly longer. * Some contracts are eligible for design fees credited towards construction. Ask our office for details! * Redrawing of a design is done at an hourly rate.
