Design Services
  • Call our office and set up initial consultation at your site.
  • If you want to be one step ahead print our client questionnaire
  • Client receives design proposal & client questionnaire after initial meeting.
  • Client returns signed proposal and questionnaire
  • Design begins.
  • Client meets with John or an associate landscape architect at our Ann Arbor office to receive and discuss the completed landscape design.

  • Design contracts received in the early season (February  thru April) generally take two weeks or less to complete.
  • Design contracts submitted after the early season may take slightly longer.
  • Most contracts are eligible for design fees credited towards construction.
 

  • Our designs are hand drawn- not cookie cutter or auto cad generated.
  • Most designs provide solutions for an overall site  unless specified/ requested.
  • We also design site plan layout for future homesteads
  • We can also provide written estimates and designs pertaining to insurance repair claims or home purchase negotiation
